Indicators
The condition indicator for access to health services was recently changed from ambulatory care sensitive conditions to continuity of care. Access to health services is affected by a range of key stressors including availability of health services and use of health services particularly by individuals with chronic health conditions. Major projects affect access to health services through stressors such as workplace accidents, traffic accidents and substance misuse.
